Large park with fair number of activities. 100 series sites are flat, decent width, long, and no shade. No bugs during our early October stay. We camped at Fox Den Acres in a Motorhome.

EXERCISERS: Park is hilly. You can get more than a mile around the park. Trails nearby you can drive to

Tip for Other Campers:
CAMPGROUND: next to the canal with 60 miles of paved/gravel towpath, fishing, and kayaking. The campground rents kayaks and electric bikes. Area: see Hennepin Canal state park. COMMUNICATIONS: WiFI OK. ATT hot spot OK. EXERCISERS: Great for running, walking, biking, and kayaking. No shade on the towpath after mid-morning.
