“Good for an overnight stay while on the road; permanent resident sites are pretty scruffy”

Only a handful of transient sites.
Mostly permanents here. We camped at Hidden Oasis RV Park in a Motorhome.
Tip for Other Campers:
No way to avoid Hwy 93. Or come in from the north via Hwy 95.
93 is one hunk of BAD road

Tip for Other Campers:
Az-93 Highway was horrible! So many potholes and one lane with no way to pass in many spots. Next time we will take Hwy. 95.
