Mostly permanents here. We camped at Hidden Oasis RV Park in a Motorhome.
Tip for Other Campers:
No way to avoid Hwy 93. Or come in from the north via Hwy 95.
93 is one hunk of BAD road

I am unsure on other loops but loop name "Eagle" was very nice, bordering on super nice.
