“Decent for an overnight stay, Hot Springs costs extra”
Nightly Rate: $70 CAD
Sites are generally level, have decent shade, and have decent size. Settled in a valley with mountains all around. Some train noise. We camped at Canyon Hot Springs Resort in a Motorhome.

Tips from campers about Canyon Hot Springs Resort
- Roy Machado While in the area go see the Chickasaw Cultural Center. Absolutely stunning architecture and scenery. Also check out the Travertine Nature Center and Little Niagara falls. The town of Sulphur is small but it has a Walmart, gas stations and restaurants.5 months ago Buckhorn Campground)
- KenD-01 There are a number of springs to visit and good hiking trails. Good birding too! The local dumping station location isnt immediately intuitive. As you leave the Loop C and D campgrounds, take a left on Buckhorn Road towards the boat ramp. The dumping stations are about a mile on the right.2 years ago Buckhorn Campground)
- sun47me1208 We did a lot of walking in the trails of Chickasaw National Recreation Area. Visited the Antelope, Buffalo, Hillside, Pavilion and black sulphur spring ( dried up)2 years ago Buckhorn Campground)

I would have given this all of the stars, except for the roads into and out of the park. The sites were very nice, level, grass, nicely spaced. There is a hot springs pool available for an extra fee,...
