Tip for Other Campers:
Theres a narrow gorge youll cross over after turning off the hiway. First Nation fishers are often there. Also a museum in a corner of the park. New fuel station ( gas and diesel) 1 block north.

The campground itself is nice. However when we visited there was a baseball tournament that ran long and it the campground let those families stay out the rest of the day (until 7 pm in some cases)....

Watch out for loose dogs down by the river
Tips from campers about Witset RV Park & Campground
- Campernak Hike. Doesn't have to be long, but the park has a lot of trails. We only stayed a night so only did Echo Rock into Inhala(?)... Part of the trail was odd, but ended in puree beauty. The campsite was quite large.6 months ago Mirror Lake State Park
- Ingram71 Devils lake is a few miles. Very beautiful. Wisconsin dells were about 18 miles away. Easy access here to food and services.7 months ago Skillet Creek Campground
- Monika & Kevin Thumbled Rocks brewery was very good.

“Value, huge level site”

We found this park after we could not find a place to dry camp along the Stewart-Cassiar while returning from Alaska. This was a welcome site after a 430 mile day. Huge gravel site, easy to level....

We were here only a day and not into fishing at this location because of schedules. The price is very reasonable and it seemed very safe and quiet not busy either.
