Overall Rating

An oasis in the middle of the desert. Palm trees, golf course, nice lake, swimming pool, and friendly management. It can't be seen from the freeway. It was a pleasant surprise when we saw up close....

jaxcruiser It is remote! The only restaurant nearby is The Yearling which is southern cooking at it's finest! Nearest grocery store is 17 miles away in Gainesville. The Marjorie Kinnans Rawlings house is 5 minutes away and the tour was very interesting.

Nice older park. Clientele come back year after year. Some people we talked to have been coming here for 15 years. Love the mineral indoor pool (2) and hot spas (3). Very friendly place....
