- 49DAY - If you need to stock up on groceries or want to eat a restaurant, Incline Village, NV is only 15 minutes to the west and Reno, NV is only 35 minutes to the northwest. - Hiking is the primary activity (other than chilling out). Chickadee Ridge is only 5 minutes west on NV-431 (Mt Rose Highway). - There is an scenic overlook on the way to the Mt Rose Ski Resort.
