Tips from campers about Pescadero, CA
- WeeWilly79 Drive about 10 miles north on highway 1 then a couple miles inland and you will find the small town of Pescadero. In Pescadero you can visit the Arcangeli grocery company for a deli sandwich or a loaf of garlic or artichoke bread which is usually fresh baked and still warm from the oven. Drive south about 30 miles from Costanoa to the Santa Cruz beach boardwalk for amusement park rides, sitting on the beach, or eat at one of the many restaurants on the pier. Note that the amusement park is seasonal so check online for the schedule. There is also a tasting room on the pier where you can sample and purchase local wines. Drive another 5 miles (or so) south and visit Capitola where you will find unique shops, restaurants, and wine tasting.1 month ago Costanoa Camp Resort & Lodge
- TKWinkler Ano Nuevo is just down the road so go and see the elephant seals. Good hiking and birding from the campground.2 months ago Costanoa Camp Resort & Lodge
