Tip for Other Campers:
We drove a few miles to 49 Palms and did the oasis trail. Not too hard. 3 miles round trip and a very cool oasis at the turn around.

Nightly Rate: $20 USD
No frills, 2 spots with 50 amp. They will ask for Elks membership. We camped at Twentynine Palms Elks Lodge #2134 in a Fifth Wheel.

- DaddyMan Coming from Nashville, Google maps and trip wizard took us through a long route on country roads. If you're not interested in that, stay on the interstate 65 until you get to Athens, AL and turn west.1 month ago Joe Wheeler State Park
