If you want to go over Trail Ridge Road this is where you need to stay. Highly recommend driving Trail Ridge all the way over to Estes Park. Beware of the traffic and crowds in this town! Very touristy with restaurants and shops but parking is sketchy at best. You will need timed entry passes for Trail Ridge Road
