Tips from campers about West - Mancos State Park
- gumper A small but adequate grocery in Walden, CO. Prices are steep but weigh that against a 1 hour plus drive to Laramie, Steamboat Springs or Granby. Rocky Mountain national Park is about two hours. Bar/Restaurants, fuel, in Walden.3 years ago Sentinel Mountain RV Park
- Madhttr Definitely take the Medicine Bow Scenic Drive and stop to hike around the Lake Marie area. Similar to Rocky Mountain National Park in beauty and not that crowded even on Labor Day weekend. The Bear Bottom Cafe in Centennial, WY had an outdoor patio with live music.7 months ago Sentinel Mountain RV Park
- 9grammy There are some wildlife viewing areas near by. And the drive to either laramie wy. Or steamboat springs is an enjoyable drive4 years ago Sentinel Mountain RV Park
