Tips from campers about Amphitheater Campground
- Liz White Must see Dutch Village, lots for adults and children. I would also recommend the Saugatuck Dune rides8 months ago Dutch Treat Camping & Recreation
- Oaktree Found a great restaurant in Holland called Salt and Pepper Savory Grill. Service great and food is excellent.8 months ago Dutch Treat Camping & Recreation
- Kim Ever Holland is nice, lots of shopping downtown. Although mostly overpriced boutique. Over priced Windmill Island gardens. $12 entry fee. If you have another Garden you belong to there is a reciprocal agreement and you can use your garden pass. If you're a beach person there are plenty but crowded and there's a feebfor the state park beaches. Overall, after 43 years from our last visit to Holland, the charm I recall didn't pan out. The frustrations of the campground completely depressed us and made enjoying sitting outside impossible. We didn't take the bikes off the rack didn't have a campfire, didn't sit out for dinner. An over crowded awkward campground doesn't fit our definition of camping. Ugh.9 months ago Dutch Treat Camping & Recreation
