You're welcome regarding the refund. We also offered to move to a different site. For everyone reading this review: A little over a year ago, we acquired this old FL property & it has long been kept as natural grounds. We don't have concrete pads, an office, or pool & clubhouse. A small park with 11 sites & 1 cottage, we cater to those who like this and that it is close to the historic city of St Augustine & more. We don’t have concrete pads and are in process of site improvement…but we are still in our busy season. We are about 50/50 short and longer stays. And we are onsite most everyday. Take a look at our website, our Google and Facebook 5* reviews, and ask us about our repeat Campers.

You're welcome regarding the refund. Hideaway Trail is not our backyard & we did not create a campground. A year ago, we acquired this old FL property & it has long been kept as natural grounds. Ten acres was a coquina quarry, now filled with freshwater & stocked for fishing & kayaking fun. Sunrise over the pond is often spectacular. Sorry you missed the experience. For everyone reading this review: We don't have concrete pads, a pool or clubhouse. A small park with 11 sites & 1 cottage, we cater to those who want a peaceful environment that is close to the historic city of St Augustine & more. We installed a new fence & access controlled 24' gate since acquiring, so that is our 'entrance'. The drive is wide enough, natural and hard packed. Previously a primitive camp, FHUs were installed 5 years ago. Take a look at our website, our Google and Facebook 5* reviews, and ask us about our repeat Campers.
