- Christina_701 The nearby Lodge restaurant has a large selection and is pretty good. I liked the salad bar which is rare nowadays.2 months ago Mount Magazine State Park
- ClaireOKC Even though it's cooler, beware of the chiggers. Hiking up to the top of the mountain is a piece of cake and well worth the time and effort. Make sure you store up on supplies from the store before you go because it's a good hour drive to any grocery store. Town is about a 10 minute drive and has about anything you might need.

Nightly Rate: $40 USD
Sites were fairly level, spacious, and well kept with lots of shade. Would definitely stay here again. We camped at Little Tallapoosa Park in a Motorhome.
