Tip for Other Campers:
Be sure to take the main walking trail and veer off when you see the sign for the Boardwalk. It's only about 50 yards off the main trail and takes you down to a beautiful cypress swamp area, gorgeous near dusk.

- T Wayne No signage until on the park road. No big deal but Waze directions didnt have last two roads correctly mapped. Also, there is a very steep hill up to the park. Signage makes it fungo figure. Got text with detailed instructions prior to arrival but I was driving and didnt read until we were parked. Tip for Other Campers:
Restaurant was nice , mostly pub style offerings and had drink specials. Rural area so don't expect major shopping. Closest Walmart was 30 minute drive. Kids and adults can enjoy this park's amenities.

Earlier reviews indicate limited Verizon service. Is service better recently? Due to health issues I don't like to be without a phone. Also, earlier reviews indicated breakers were in poor condition. Is this still an issue? Thanks for any info....
