Have dinner at the Jailhouse Pizza, take a stroll along the walking trail, relax by the river and watch the barges pass by! Such a neat little place!

Park is on Ohio River in Brandenburg. Navigation maps may take you down the wrong road. Take Main St to River Rd. 2 playgrounds for kids. Very clean. No showers. Toilets only. Dump station....

Tips for Other Campers: (1) If time allows, take a stroll along the Parks paved Ohio River trail. (2) If you brought along a fishing boat or kayak, make use of the Parks paved boat landing. (3) Expect the city park and campground to be peaceful and quiet on weekdays and livelier on weekends.

Tip for Other Campers:
Site 1 and 2 share a driveway and so site 1's yard is pretty narrow. My 24' bumper pull fit just fine, but wished I had a bit more space to tie the dog out without always needing to go to the meadow. Be sure to bring wood - we didn't find any place around to purchase.
