In Detroit Lakes, a Walmart and Aldi are only minutes from the park entrance. For a spot on the lake to eat and listen to music, be sure to check out Long Bridge Bar, Grill and Marina.

  NBirdie One hour to Fargo. Fargo has a fantastic Air Museum and Roger Maris Museum. Enjoyed the movies in Detroit Lakes.

  Dr Deb 315 There is a nice beach in town and shopping for whatever you need. We ate burgers at the clubhouse that were delicious.
