“Clean and Quiet”

We stayed here 3 nights after looking for a place. Reserve online. It is best. Weekends are extremely difficult to get a spot. No shade yet. Clean and large sites. Very quiet. Bathhouse is very clean...

Tip for Other Campers:
The water is very heavy on iron. Be sure to use filter when filling rv. Otherwise, it is yellowish. Chancaska Winery nearby has great food. Pricey, but delicious. We had spinach artichoke dip and a chicken Alfredo pizza and they were superb.

Tips from campers about Lake Washington Park
- SMHopkins I parked in Lot 5 for the Longueuil subway for $6.75 all day and took the subway into the city each day. I purchased the MTL Attraction Pass for $125 CA and it gave me access to 28 attractions, the Metro (subway) and buses for 72 hours. After adding up what the admission fees would have been for the things I did, it saved me about $275. You can also buy a 3 day pass for the Metro and buses for $15; a good deal since a one way ticket is $3.50.6 years ago Camping Alouette

- Danyne There was so much construction that it was a real pain to go into Montral so we explored Beloeil. Lovely downtown and riverfront. We also went to a wonderful winery: La Grande Allee. The wine was so delicious we couldnt choose so we bought 4 bottles.2 years ago Camping Alouette

It is a county park so no 4 wheelers or golf carts.

Nightly Rate: $30 USD
Simple in and out. Very clean with electric only. Overnight or a few nights work great. Friendly people. Restrooms and showers were spotless. We camped at Lake Washington Park in a Travel Trailer.

Tip for Other Campers:
Check out the water park on hwy 169 and children's museum in Mankato. Also check out the crazy goat farm near by bring your food scraps and corn / oats.
