Tips from campers about Placid Lake State Park
- BajaHugs ONLY NOTE.. the compact sand/more like dirt, will stick to EVERYTHING, shoes, feet, dog fur, you name it.. pretty messy10 months ago Playa Santispac
- South Family This beach is about 20 minutes south of Mulege, a cute town where there are restaurants, gas stations, bakery, grocery store and sights to visit. There is no bank in Mulege since October 2022, so bring enough pesos with you to get you through your stay. The museum and the old mission were very interesting to visit.2 years ago Playa Santispac

Tip for Other Campers:
Visit Lindeys Steakhouse for dumping needs. Cost $10. However, Get your potable water at campground (plenty of spigots scattered). Dine at the Ice Cream Place - we enjoyed our blizzards and the baby cup for our pup. Holland Lake Falls trail is about a 45 min. Drive. Visit either early morning or later in the day. Had a large crowd (weekday too) and filled...

Nice, clean, many different opportunities. NO dump station, have to go to the town of Seeley Lake. We camped at Placid Lake State Park in a Travel Trailer.
