“Very small, private campground”
Nightly Rate: $60 USD
This is a small campground with maybe 7 or 8 spots. Apparently new owners who are sprucing the place up. Unfortunately the building with coffee, food, etc wasn't open yet so we didn't get to enjoy....

Tip for Other Campers:
Swan lake costs $5 to park at. Also, being from Colorado we weren't aware of the strict boating policy. Apparently you have to get paddleboards inspected as well as a permit to use them. There isn't anywhere close to do this so make sure you stop if you see an inspection area. All in all, we haven't gotten to enjoy and of Montana's lakes yet. Lots of area...

Lake is right across the road. Many hiking trails in the area. Limited groceries and restaurants.
Tips from campers about Swan Lake Trading Post Campground
- Rory_720 Swan lake costs $5 to park at. Also, being from Colorado we weren't aware of the strict boating policy. Apparently you have to get paddleboards inspected as well as a permit to use them. There isn't anywhere close to do this so make sure you stop if you see an inspection area. All in all, we haven't gotten to enjoy and of Montana's lakes yet.
