  lesmark We went into St Johns for the day, did laundry, walked around and had dinner at Vitas. St Johns is a very old ship building harbour town, reminded me of Edinburgh. Stopped at Lepreau Falls- nice quick pretty view and New River Beach for high tide then low tide. Very relaxing stay.

  Maharg Trebor The trail to Chitticks Beach and Barnaby Head is very nice, with beautiful ocean views. The trailhead is about a mile away from the campground by road. About 3.5 miles round trip if you go all the way to Barnaby Head. The first part of the trail is wide, smooth, well packed gravel. Towards the end the trail becomes narrow and rough with roots and rocks.
