Tips from campers about Cold Springs Camp Resort
- Rev_Robert Obviously Dinosaur Valley State Park is a must. Dinosaur World was better than expected. Glen Rose is a quaint little town with some nice shops and eateries. And not least, there are water activities on the Paluxy River.3 years ago Dinosaur Valley State Park
- Onmyway1 Storybook Cafe, a novel experience, on Bernard St. Best grilled cheese sandwich I ever had. 3 kinds of cheese, bacon, tomato, avocado between toasted bread. My mouth is watering just remembering it. Stone Hut is just down the road. Creation Evidence Museum is just down the road. Dinosaur Valley State Park is just down the road. Dinosaur World for the kids is just across the street.3 years ago Dinosaur Valley State Park
- ManBitesDog Hiking trails are easy to hike. There are several different dinosaur track sites in the Paluxy River. Some you can drive to with just a short walk to the river. We ate at the Sexton Mill restaurant in Glen Rose one night. Great atmosphere. Glen Rose is a small town, a lot of nearby attractions and even some restaurants were closed Mon-Wed. We also visited Bone-anza Barn:Books & Antiques on the town square. Its worth a look.2 weeks ago Dinosaur Valley State Park
