“Pretty spot, call it fancy boondocking”
Nightly Rate: $15 USD
Older comments talk about it being trashy. Not at this time. It was clean and very quiet. Yes, $15 for an RV spot with no dump facility is kinda stout. You are in the Rio Grande Gorge which is...

There are a number of hikes to do in the area. Get AllTrails and check them out....
Was very small, dusty and many parts were closed with no warning of being closed. Some sites were being reserved with old camp chairs. There was nowhere for a camper to set up. We visited Orilla...

“Lovely BLM campground with hookups!”
Nightly Rate: $7 USD
I travelled here with a 35 5th wheel, long bed pickup and parked in site #RV3, an E/W PT site for $7.50/night. This is a great deal! Rarely do you find hookups in a BLM campground for such a low...

We did not enjoy our stay at this dusty, trashy BLM site. $15 a night gets you an electric/water site with no sewer. Nearest dump is 30 miles away. You pay extra to shower. We had partial shade....

This is a BLM site near the river in the Rio Grande Gorge. In march we were only neighbors with the campground host most of the time. If it rains the park can get a little muddy. We camped at Orilla...

Tip for Other Campers:
This is bighorn sheep country and the last two visits in March 2015 and 2016 we saw sheep near the Taos Junction bridge up river. Excellent hiking and knock-your-socks-off views. No cell or internet. Quiet....
