“Great for access to extensive park trails”

Heavily booked in summer. We had a campsite only, without hookups, reserved in July. We camped at Robert H. Treman State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tip for Other Campers:
Ithaca is all about gorges and waterfalls. Take advantage of your free pass to the other nearby state parks. If you want to see Watkins Glenn, go EARLY on or about Tuesday. There are a lot of choices for "going out" in Ithaca, but most venues are small with "chic hours" so always have a backup.

When doing the Gorge hike, start at the upper entrance, and return when u get to the bridge. Unless you are on a fitness programme......
