Tips from campers about Blue Jay Campsite

  • xc99tour Old town Glenwood Springs is a must, and the hot springs are soothing and relaxing. Ride the bike path (you can get e-bike rentals in Glenwood Springs). During the summer months you can ride rafts down the river, there is a company at the resort that can provide you any level of rafting you want.
  • M&G Rolling Nice bike path along the river through the canyon. We saw 4 long horn sheep grazing along it. Downtown Glenwood springs has good grocery options and other stores. The Frida Mexican restaraunt was very good.
  • MarciF We enjoyed the Glenwood Cavern Adventure Park, Iron Mountain Hot Springs, Colorado Pizza Co. Easy bike ride into town or along Glenwood canyon trail bike path.
