- Matt_53 Too many to list! Whiteface mountain is a must, as is the hike to the fire tower on My Arab! Several great hiking trails within 45 minutes. The waterfront park at Tupper Lake had great historical placards, downtown had really cute stores. The town of Saranac was also very cute, with a lovely park by Lake Flower. The Adirondack Experience (museum) is also a must see for learning the history or the region. There is a world-famous observatory about 1/2 mile from the campground, which put on a wonderful program while we were there, as it is a "dark park." Stargazing was amazing!4 months ago Little Wolf Campground
