Tip for Other Campers:
The NOC is worth a visit even if youre not interested in going rafting or kayaking. Its fun just to watch others do it and theres a handful of food and drink options on site. Only about 10 minutes up the road!

Whitewater rafting is the primary reason we come to this area. Bryson city is always grim to explore.

Bryson city is close by. Train ride was fun and relaxing. Cherokee was also nearby. We didnt eat out much.
Nice, quiet, and clean. Creek along the border is a bonus. We camped at Turkey Creek Campground in a Motorhome.

Tip for Other Campers:
Close/20 mins to Bryson City and Lake Fontana. Just off the highway but has a remote feeling.
