“What a Place!”
Nightly Rate: $32 USD
Neat CG. Very different layout with sites backing up to the cypress lake. Paddle, hike and bike, so much to do. We camped at George L. Smith State Park in a Motorhome.
Tip for Other Campers:
Neat history on the old sawmill and gristmill. Nice hikes.

Tip for Other Campers:
Sand sites and sand roads. It was a weekend so all the noise that goes with that. Did quiet down after dark. Not much reason to come back.

What a place! Old fashion campground surrounded by mountains. Site was right on the creek. We camped at Camp Creek State Park in a Motorhome.

Tip for Other Campers:
Hike Farley Ridge up to Almost Heaven then down Blue Jay. Visit both waterfalls close to camp. Big place.

Stayed in Creekside campground in our class B. Not much privacy but nice being on the creek. Good access to trails from the campground. We camped at Hungry Mother State Park in a Motorhome.

Tip for Other Campers:
Hike up Molly's knob. Hike the lake loop. Paddle the lake. Shawnee trail is a purpose built mountain bike trail, we didn't know this until the day we left.
