Tip for Other Campers:
Be aware that the gravel road to the campground is long, steep and a bit technical. Go slow and watch out for the wild turkeys! Check out Salt Face Mule Brewery for good food and drinks! Less than a mile away.

Tips from campers about Campfire Lodgings
- Exploringourcompass The road isn't as bad as some of the tips and comments say. It's way less curvy than driving down any of the roads to the national parks and forest. Take your time and swing wide when needed. There are also a few signs as you go up the hill that let you know when to swing wide and that you're almost there! It's honestly not even that steep!
