We visited the town of Waynesville which is a short distance from the campground. Great restaurants and shops. Good hiking at WaterRock Knob Trail with beautiful views of the mountains.

“Lovely creek side sites”
Nightly Rate: $70 USD
Very secluded n quiet. Great little campground. Lovely creek. Sites are close to one another, but organized nicely. We will be coming back We camped at Moonshine Creek Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Arrive before 8pm, the host will guide you to your site and help you back up into your site. Some site could be tricky, hence the help and time. There is a valid reason behind the arrive before time. Also follow their direction to the campground I can see some gps taking you on a route with sharp inclined turned. I saw lots of rv hitch drag grooves there...
