Tips from campers about Ingleside, ON
- -Mark- We were just passing through the area and only stayed a couple of nights. But the lack of flat sites would be reason enough to stay elsewhere unless you didnt care about having sewer hook up in which case Id recommend the West Campground section.6 months ago Farran Park Campground
- Kate Bartlet Upper Canada Village close by and worth a visit to see how people lived in 1866.6 months ago Long Sault Parkway - McLaren Campground
- Bailey momma The nearest grocery store was the Foodland in Ingelside, about an 8 minute drive. The prices were quite high here, but had all the essentials including wine and beer. There is an LCBO in Long Sault which is about 15 minutes. It was a nice treat that the park provided complimentary tickets to use at Upper Canada Village which was about a 10 minute drive or 20 minute bike ride. We spent a good half day at the Village and were able to take our dog as well.
