Tips from campers about Corvallis, OR
- DavidB60 Wayfinding wanted to send us into a mobile home park just to the right/north once on fairgrounds property. Stay straight/towards the left to avoid a wrong turn. (Look for rvs rather than mobile homes.) Nice nature trail just to the west at Bald Hill Natural Area. We saw a beaver through some underbrush, working on his dam on the small creek there.6 months ago Benton Oaks RV & Campground
- Fink Cornerstone The trails out behind the Fairgrounds are great for hiking and biking. Beautiful!!! You can walk around the other side of the fairgrounds and see the gardens. Absolutely gorgeous.2 years ago Benton Oaks RV & Campground
- Jamie Nott 1) Great views of Bald Hill to the west across an open field from sites A1-A10. Many great sunsets during our stay! 2) A1-10 are a little tight for big rigs. A11-A28 were the best sites for big rigs. 3) Easy access just outside the park entrance to the multi-use trails that run throughout Corvallis, perfect for biking or running! 4) Easy access to Bald Hill Natural Area, which is visible from the west end of the park. You can easily access Bald Hill from either the multi-use trail or a short drive to the Mulkey Creek Trailhead. Perfect for hiking or trail running! 5) The Corvallis Indoor Winter Market is located onsite at the Benton County Fairgrounds from January through April. Locally grown produce, baked goods, and artisan-crafted goods are just a short walk from your campsite every Saturday during that time!2 years ago Benton Oaks RV & Campground
