Tip for Other Campers:
Florence is a cute town. There are two golf courses and a casino. Lots of folks come here to fish the river and the ocean. There are also dunes so people bring their sand buggies and ride the dunes and beach areas.

Our space just fit our motorhome and car had to be disconnected. Very clean. The showers had great pressure. We camped at Pacific Pines RV Park & Storage in a Motorhome.

Tip for Other Campers:
We walked around downtown and had clam chowder at MOs. Rent ATVs at Torex ATV rentals. Had a great time. Dont forget to visit the lighthouse and sea lion cave.

Tip for Other Campers:
Florence beaches lack an area where you can park right at the beach and gain access. Most area south access was by utv or parking and hiking over a large dune. In some areas in the south the "no overnight camping rule" appeared to be more of a suggestion rather than the rule. Florence is a great town with plenty to do and fine services. Easy drive from...
