“Nice campsites and they have a shuttle to the beach”

Pull through campsite with patio, fire pit, grill, table and chairs AND a couple of adorondack chairs. We camped at Myrtle Beach KOA Resort in a Travel Trailer.

“Good layout but restrooms and showers need serious update”

We are going to the Myrtle Beach KOA in July and one of the reasons I booked it was it looks so family friendly. However, alot of reviews I am reading about Myrtle Beach is that the area near the airport (or the South side) is not very safe and kind of sketchy. Should I be concerned about this?...
