Tip for Other Campers:
If you play golf you need to play Paris Landing a mile down the road, the views are incredible. We found nice places to eat at Paris, TN and Murray, KY. The Visitors' Center at Land-Between-The-Lakes Park (aka LBL) was also a good stop, definitely go to the planetarium.

Tip for Other Campers:
Paris Landing State park is almost right across the highway. There is a marina with great fishing on the Kentucky lake. Also camping and picnic and playground and public pool. Beautiful park. The best restaurant is within a quarter mile from the campground. Called Blues Landing. They have live music on weekends, and some of the best food I have ever eaten....

- Horsinu Stop and talk to the locals! Careful on the way to the resort once you turn onto Washington Rd. Its ALL down hill, making it nerve racking, but its worth it.2 years ago River Rest Resort

Tip for Other Campers:
The State Park is a full-service facility with a marina, hotel, restaurant, day use and camping (under 38' in length). There are a few restaurants within 10 miles or so and a few within one mile.
Many other services and restaurants close around October 1st.
