“Nice park with Level sites ”
Nightly Rate: $55 USD
Great little parkmostly long term residents but still clean and tasteful. Pull through sides on a hill side but sites are level. Sites feel very private. Shady sites if you want. Pay attention to...

“Not really big rig friendly”
Nightly Rate: $46 USD
We stayed here for a week in July 2024. This campground is a mixed bag, but with the right improvements could be quite nice. First the good: it's quiet, the llamas are quite entertaining, the people...

- TIMOTHY_MOORE_521 We have a 36 foot Bighorn 5th wheel. I would recommend when you are arriving at the KOA turn off of SPID at the frontage road exit. One exit prior to Waldron. This allows you to get over to the right lane and turn onto Waldron. Because of the size of our RV I dont recommend continuing to Laguna Shores and turning right. This turn is very sharp and is not marked well. Go down past the HEB supermarket and turn left take it to Laguna Shores and turn right. Or continue down to Caribbean Street and turn left. Just remember if you go to Caribbean on Walden you will be going through a school zone.1 year ago Firefly Resort- Corpus Christi

“Nice quiet campground”
Nightly Rate: $54 USD
This was probably the quietest campground we have ever been to. Coming from the south our GPS took us through what seemed like the back country and it seemed to take forever. Try instead to access via...

Jonesborough was a cute town. Enjoyed seeing the nearby lakes also.
“Very nice park and communication.”

We stayed in site 31 for 3 days. Ryan called the morning of arrival to explain which entrance we needed to take. There's 1,2,and 3. We came in Llama #1. The signs pointing the short way up the hill...

Tip for Other Campers:
The major advice in getting here, and bear with me , because I'm not sure on the route numbers. We came down Rte 81 S. The GPS took us through "I think"? Rte 93to 351? Maybe exit 123? It was a pretty small, hairpin turns, 25-45 mph for 9 miles or so? Height was ok. We took a rte on Rte 34? Or 321? Again, sorry. BUT, I think if you go further south and come...

Question:
It appears you have to travel on some secondary roads to get there. How are the roads once you get off of the Interstates? We have a 45' Class A, towing an F-150, that's 12'-6" high so I have to be concerned about low hanging tree branches....

Tip for Other Campers:
The campground is set up in three basic "sections." The spot we stayed was in the first section. The instructions Ryan provided were easy to follow, but it was difficult to find the section signs, so be watchful. Also, the campground is on a terraced slope, but the spots are level. It was super easy to get hooked up.
