- Ed_99 Close to interstate so you will hear the noise. City of Gibbon is close for essentials. If you need a lot of groceries, city of Kearney is only 10-15 minutes west of campgrounds.7 months ago Windmill State Recreation Area

So far, Abuelos Mexican Restaurant is our favorite place to eat, just a few miles from the park. The Mall of Abilene is available for you mall shoppers.
