It's a great city park with a lake and walking paths. Great for a walk with the dog. Some were fishing. We camped at Childress City Fair Park in a Fifth Wheel.

First come, first service. Only 4 spots. Call the city and see if there is a local event coinciding with your trip. They could be full. Be aware that if you have a big rig there is little room to turn around if the sites are all full.

- NameNo There is a small lake and walking trails around the lake. This is a city park and it closes at11pm. We arrived just after 3 pm and got 1 of last 2 slots. “Great little campground ”

Beautiful little park. Clean, peaceful, nice walking loop around the pond and playground. We camped at Childress City Fair Park in a Travel Trailer.

This is a great little park. Well little as there are just 5 back in spots. But the park part is huge! Nice walking paths around a lake. Disk golf, pool and other seasonal offerings. Close to downtown...
