This a destination park for the winter. Rate $330 a month, plus electric, water,sewer, and garbage. WiFi is free. We camped at Patriot Pointe in a Motorhome.

This park is a 55 and older campground, used mainly for the winter by Winter Texans. The rate is $300 a month plus electric if you pay by the month, cheaper if you pay for the whole winter at once....
