Tip for Other Campers:
When you leave this park use the east gate as the turns are much more RV friendly. The south gate is a very tight turn getting through the gate.
There is a lot to see from the largest bee statue, museums, Iwo Jima Memorial, Mexico and US battle site, and South San Padre Island.

Nice pool, shuffleboard, many other Winter activities. Close to the Mexican Border, Nuevo Progreso crossing. We camped at Encore Leisure World in a Fifth Wheel.

Stayed there for two months. Paid monthly rate plus electricity, that seemed reasonable. Park had activity center for bbq's, holiday meals, bingo, cards. The pool was very nice. Office personnel...

Tip for Other Campers:
Only a few blocks from WalMart Neighborhood Market, 10 minutes to full grocery stores. Easy to get to highway to other nearby cities. Close to Progresso International Bridge into Mexico

People where very friendly. We liked the park. It is geared for park mobile homes so sites are harder to back into but not that bad. Plenty of activities in the park thing you can do almost every day...

Tip for Other Campers:
Pegreso Mexico dental work a third of the price in the states.
Went out to eat place called no Name Hamburger very good, went to the bird sanctuary.
