- Mike Pratt 76 This is the most dog-friendly town we've ever been to. Lots of restaurants with dog-friendly outdoor seating and most offer free pup cups. Or just throw your beach gear in your vehicle and drive the short distance to the beach access road and park on the beach. Be sure to get a beach permit at the office.
