Tip for Other Campers:
We had dinner at the Pelican Station. Service was great as well the food. We went on a Dolphin watch sunset cruise. We highly recommend the original Dolphin Docks. Yellow Building right before you go over the bridge to South Padre. If you want to have fun, the captain is hilarious!
Tips from campers about Port Isabel Marina & RV Park
- WhatComfortZone23 At the time of our departure, there were some impressive pot holes when you first pull in, just be aware. Texas seems to have an interesting watering system and if you are parked close to that system, you will have some unpleasant smells when the sprinklers turn on. Stay closer to the back of the park if you can. Walmart is just 5 miles away. Lots of fun gardening stores. A really beautiful one right across the street. We are KC Chiefs fans so we had to try Whataburger and they are good, but we found Jucys and the rest is history. I was also told that the Cafe at the airport by RVC is pretty darned tasty.1 year ago We RV Champions of Tyler
- Msmoo2 Walmart was a few miles away so close and convenient. The Tyler airport is within a mile or so and they have an awesome air museum that we spent a few hours enjoying. We also made it to the Discovery Science Museum that was fun but pricey.3 years ago We RV Champions of Tyler

This park has wonderful management and is mostly full of friendly long term guests. Most spots are on the smaller side, we had an end so it was bigger. There arent any close options for letting dogs...

Tight spaces. Nice laundry room. Very friendly and helpful staff. We camped at Port Isabel Marina & RV Park in a Motorhome.
