“Nice spot for tents or smaller campers”
Nightly Rate: $30 USD
Nice, older CCC type park. 1930's vintage. Sites were designed for tents, so fairly small. Roads are narrow, with trees close by. Our 28ft travel trailer was as big as I would ever want here. Nice...

A very scenic state campground. Large wooded sites but true camping with no hookups. Generator hours from 8-10am and 4-6 pm kept the battery up for 12 volt items. Clean park campground baths but cold...

Tip for Other Campers:
Site 27 was plenty big for a 29 trailer. Most lower campground sites, including lean tos, will fit a 30 rig and tow vehicle. Some road noise on my site but was able to get a bar or two of 5g on Tmobile and Verizon
Tips from campers about Gifford Woods State Park
- Ecogdill If your time allows, take the road north out of Metaline Falls to the Vista House and Peewee Falls overlook.6 months ago Boundary Dam Campground

- BandD Metaline Falls is cute little town with a couple good eateries. Also ate at Western Star Bar and Grill in Metaline - great burgers and Philly steak sandwiches. Be sure to stop at Sweet Water Falls about 2 miles south of town, RV or car parking, picnic sites and 1/4 mile walk to falls, we especially liked the "upper" one and middle fork to see the series of falls. Good fishing, especially if you have small boat.5 years ago Boundary Dam Campground

This was a nice camp. The Staff is very helpful and friendly and my site was nice, shaded and flat. Nice trails around the camp and a hike out to Kent Pond (really a lake) is a must if you want to see...

This campground is located in Killington VT. First the good: We stayed at OAK (lean to) with our Roadtrek (23') motorhome. The sites are big and, for the most part, private. Lean-to sites are...
