Tips from campers about Cattail Creek Campground
- Kraken Voyage Matthew will make sure that you have proper directions, but just know you will be coming in from "below" or South of the Silo - and the road in to the site is "paved but rough" - but if you go slow, you'll be fine. We have a 40ft Country Coach and we just went slow - we have MOS DEF been on worse for the Harvest Hosts. IF YOU CAN, SIT AROUND THE FIRE and look at the stars! Matthew has some tips on where to eat that's nearby that sounded awesome and if we could've stayed another night, we would have. He also turned us onto the local Mushroom Rock State Park. IT WAS WORTH THE TRIP!
- Heidi EHE First roads so take it slow. Sinclair in Winslow is the last gas station so take it even if the intersection is under construction.
