Tips from campers about Nine Mile Falls, WA
- Nothing But Blue Skies The Spokane River Centennial Trail runs through the State Park, but is difficult to access from the campground. You have to walk your bike across the foot bridge and manuever it up 41 large steps. Then you have to follow a rocky trail for about a half mile before reaching the Centennial Trail which is paved for 37 miles. It is much better to drive your bike to an accessible trailheard. The bike trail is ideal for ebikes. The campground is difficult to reach if you are pulling a large rig. We used the RV Life GPS app, and it worked well.11 months ago Riverside State Park
- gcleff11 The lamentations of RVers with big rigs should be taken seriously. The best/safest way to approach it, is coming from the T.J. Meenach Bridge (W Downriver Dr.... which turns into N Aubrey L. White Parkway); but, departing that way is NOT for the squeamish, with zero guardrails between you and catastrophe. It's best to consider leaving the park heading North on the Aubrey White Parkway, to W Rifle Club Rd, to Hwy 291. It's an extra few minutes to do so, but with far less a**-pucker action...1 year ago Riverside State Park
