“Worked out well.”
Nightly Rate: $52 USD
We were here for one night on our way to Grand Tetons. The staff was very helpful, a camp store with some supplies and souvenirs. There was a small playground, also 2 fenced in dog walk areas. The...

Tips from campers about Casper East RV Park
- GottaGoNow When navigating to the park, be sure you go to the campground (not to be confused with the day use area). There are signs as you get close so it's pretty well marked. In my opinion, the sites on the water are the nicest. The Waxhaw historic district (Main Street) is underwhelming but there is a great bike shop called Bike Depot of Waxhaw. They were very friendly and solved a bike issue we were having.8 years ago Cane Creek Park
- Bcash Bring plenty of leveling blocks, there is a good chance you will need them. Also, there are some good restaurants in Downtown Waxhaw (Emmets Social Table, Mary ONeills, Jekyl & Hyde, Maxwells Tavern, Capriccis Italian, and Adelas Mexican). Waxhaw Creamery has a great selection of Ice Cream treats. There are also several microbreweries in town as well1 month ago Cane Creek Park
- Jim and Janel Barnes Did I mention, bring blocks? Bring extra water hoses since some of the water hook ups are not on the service side of your site.1 month ago Cane Creek Park

“Ok for a short stay”
Nightly Rate: $53 USD
Small park tucked in an area between the railroad and interstate. Very industrial area so nowhere to really walk or see. Some road noise but not noticeable at night. The trains come and go and some...

Tip for Other Campers:
Definitely go to Ft. Caspar Museum, then National Historic Trails Interpretive Center. Very good, interactive displays. Also go up into Rotary Park and see the Garden Creek Falls, can hike a shorter trail around that (we did not) or hike the local favorite Bridle Trail (3.1 miles). Drive the scenic drive past Rotary Park. There is a small...

“Nice small campground on the Eastside of town”
Nightly Rate: $55 USD
It is a nice small campground with grass and a few trees, half permanent residents and half travelers. Had a small incident in the laundry room with a permanent resident but it was not the campgrounds...

Tip for Other Campers:
We ate and loved the food at Johnny J's Diner and JS Chinese restaurant. Must go to the Fort Casper and Casper Mountain (waterfalls) for some great hiking or just a picnic.
