“Great for staying a few nights to see the sights.”

Pull thrus just long enough for our 36' rv. Not much space, but do able. Great staff, very helpful! We camped at Restway Travel Park in a Motorhome.

Tips from campers about Restway Travel Park
- Wolf65 Beware of ticks they are known in this area, there is full sun no tree coverage. The lighthouse on montauk point is super close maybe 10 to 15 minute ride great restaurants and shops on the main rd in town also hiking trails that are not difficult with suburb views. No dogs allowed at this campground and fires are allowed on the beach11 months ago Hither Hills State Park
- Kermit88 Check out the picnic area behind the East area. We saw 2 great sunsets while there (Both off premises). 1) Fort Lake - free and absolutely amazing 2) Montauket - amazing!3 years ago Hither Hills State Park

Are there fire rings at each campsite? Are open fires allowed inside the park? I'm NOT inclined to stay if they are....asthma vs smoke....

No problems getting in a little early since site was empty. Set up was easy site was level side to side and only a little uphill front to back. Fix that with stabilizers. Had full timers on each side...

Tip for Other Campers:
What I call Restraunt row is just down the road about 3 to 4 miles with normal chains there. There is a Walmart Close as well as a King Soopers grocery store, (a partner to Kroger)
