We too the Old Town trolley tour in Savanah and really enjoyed it. Parking was convenient and included in your ticket. Lots of restaurants in the area and groceries nearby.

We had site 20 which backed onto the lake. Site was level with an interlocking stone porch area. Very comfortable and peaceful. We camped at Stonewall Resort State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Hillbilly Heaven is a cool store close by. They have smoked brisket which was delicious They also have gas and diesel.

We took a drive on a loop through Pomquet and then to Cape George Lighthouse. Stopped by Mahoney Beach. Took us a couple of hours, and was a great drive. Fantastic views, and the Lighthouse was spectacular!!

We had site 22, it was easy access and roomy for our 39' fifth wheel. We camped at Lunenburg Board of Trade Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Don't take the in town route RV Life GPS suggests. Streets are very narrow and big hills. Best to take 332 E to Sawpit road. This is a easy route with one in town road. MUCH BETTER.We highly recommend Seaweed tours We did the storytelling/hidden gems tour.We loved the Fisherman's museum. Also we went to the Salt Shaker deli, Grand Banker bar...
