The road noise is there but not like you would think. The park is next to I-70 but there is a noise wall that deflects a lot of it. Then, closest go the highway is a seasonal/permanent rv section. Dividing that from the transient rv section is an interior wall. All of this breaks up the highway noise (and I think it's nice not being in with the long time resident rv'ers)....

Billings Parks & Rec offers classes. There are at least 3 fly shops in town, I would think they would know some guides to teach you on a guided trip. The best information for you is probably an internet search....
