Nellis Famcamp/Desert Eagle RV Park did it well. They have a variety of camping spots. Some full sun, some with shade but they set the place up well. Great facility! Hands down one of my favorite....

Use Truman and go around the main area of the base. Lots of stores just outside the Eubank gate.

Super nice people. Nice place to stay. When it's dry for a couple days ot gets dusty. We camped at Hattiesburg / Okatoma River KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

“Quite and close to Gulf Shores”

Great place to stay. Super nice people. They keep the place clean and have daily events planned and advertised. We'll be back. We camped at Sugar Sands RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Tip for Other Campers:
Just a heads up. If you're headed North on Foley Beach Expressway when leaving the park don't take Roscore Rd North to the intersection. The left turn there is dangerous. Traffic is coming from both direcions at 55 MPH. Recommend using Roscoe to go South to the T where you can travel to 59 and make an easy right turn or take Brown Lane and it will get you...
